Shipping Policy 
  • All orders will ship within 7-14 business days from the time the order is placed.
  • Coconake is not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.
  • There may be times when shipping carrier is delayed due to inclimate weather conditions. Coconake has no control over weather and will not assume responsibility for such conditions.
  • Currently Coconake only ships within the USA.
  • Coconake is a small business that takes pride in providing quality products at an affordable cost. Due to the nature of business once package is received by shipping vendor Coconake is no longer responsible for the transportation of shipment. In the event an order is delivered but has not been received or is missing, please contact shipping company to file claim or receive more information on the location of your package. 
  • Temperature Sensitive Products-During the summer months, some products may become very warm in transit which may cause it to sweat, melt or separate due to warmer temperatures. Coconake is not responsible if the products arrives melted or in this condition. In most cases the product will return to its normal state once cooled, and will still be of good use without any effect on the quality. Please note, we are not able to replace or refund these items if they melt or sweat in transit. Keep in mind that if the product is stored in direct sunlight or kept in hot conditions it will also melt, so please keep those products in a cool dry area. Products can be arranged for pick-up at local events if prepaid and arranged prior to event date. 
  • Coconake is not responsible for Post Office mis-deliveries, stolen packages or any other issues concerning the delivery of your parcel once the item ships. 
 
Returns & Exchanges
  • If an item is returned back to Coconake due to incorrect address provided by the buyer, a reshipment fee will be charged at the expense of buyer. 
  • Because of the nature of our products, and safety and contamination concerns, we are not able to resell any item after it leaves our shelves and as such, we do not accept returns. Please be confident in your selections before finalizing your purchase.
  • Due to nature of products  all sales are final. Products cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Coconake is not responsible for any individual reaction to any ingredient please read the product description before purchase. People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. A patch skin test is encouraged for all products. If at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product. Keep products stored in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and direct heat.
