Shipping Policy
  • All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed.
  • Coconake is not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.
  • There may be times when shipping carrier is delayed due to inclimate weather conditions. Coconake has no control over weather and will not assume responsibility for such conditions.
  • Currently Coconake only ships within the USA
  • Coconake is a small business that takes pride in providing quality products at an affordable cost. Due to the nature of business once package is received by shipping vendor Coconake is no longer responsible for the transportation of shipment. In the event order is delivered but has not been received or is missing, please contact shipping company to file claim or receive more information on location of your package. 
  • Coconake is not responsible for Post Office mis-deliveries, stolen packages or any other issues concerning the delivery of your parcel once the item ships. 
 
Returns & Exchanges
  • If an item is returned to back to Coconake due to incorrect address provided by the buyer, a reshipment fee will be charged at the expense of buyer. 
  • Due to nature of products  all sales are final. Products cannot be returned or exchanged.
